Claude E. Slade passed away on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, at the age of 87. He was born in and a lifelong resident of Bush. He was in the U.S. Army. Claude loved to go down the Bogue Chitto River in his wooden boat.

He is preceded in death by one son and one daughter. Son of the late Artie and Beulah Slade. Brother of Clyde Slade (Nell), the late Raymond Slade (Marsha), Myrtle Kieffer (Alvin), Estelle Populas (Edgar) and Dinsil Virgil Slade (Jean). He leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on a later date.
