Mrs. Willow Bea Crawford Parker, a lifelong resident of Bogalusa, passed away on the evening of Oct. 5, 2021, at Resthaven Living Center, at the age of 96.
Mrs. Parker is survived by her three daughters, Janice (Jim) Adams of Bogalusa, Shirley (Jimmy) Wheat of Bogalusa, and Sandra (Ray) Willis of Slidell; her grandchildren, Kenneth Wheat, Jason Williams, Darlana (Teman) Knight, Shandra (Gary) Crain and Mitsy Mocklin; her 18 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Loca Parker; her parents, Carlee Star Crawford and Martha Carmalete Reviere; her first husband, Thomas Keaton; a sister, Zellow Bea Van Scoter; three brothers, Hadrun Crawford, Howell Crawford and J.B. Crawford; a granddaughter, Robyn Johnston; and a great-grandson, Alexander Wayne Wheat.
A family graveside service was held Friday, Oct. 8, at 11 a.m. at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Fred Brumfield officiating.
