Christopher Burke, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drugs (two counts), possession with intent to distribute Schedule II drugs (two counts), introduction of contraband to correctional facility, obstruction of justice, evidence tampering, possession of controlled dangerous substance in presence of juvenile
