Regina Jarrell Singleton, 58, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2021. She was known to her family and friends as kind hearted and sweet spirited. She most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by mother and stepfather, Ruth and Walter Smith; two children, Crystal Nicole Singleton and Darryl Wayne Singleton; brothers, Jeffery “Tippy” Jarrell, Steven Jarrell, Robert Smith, Earl Smith of Waco, Texas; sister, Charlotte Jarrell Branch; grandchildren, Glador Singleton, Bentley Singleton, Blake Jenkins, Ava Jenkins and Joey “J” Jenkins II; nieces, Megan Branch Vining and Chasity Branch; nephews, Adam “Chase” Branch, Logan Jarrell, Trenton Statham and Tyler Jarrell; and numerous other cousins, family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Darryl Lyn Singleton; father, William “Wed” Jarrell; brother, Byron Jarrell; and grandparents, William Calvin Dykes and Ada Stafford Dykes, and Irene Freeman Jarrell and D. Jarrell.
Visitation will be at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Saturday, Jan. 23, from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Harold Gaddy officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Gerald Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam “Chase” Branch, Glador Singleton, Dustin Hobgood, Brandon Spears, Lamar Warren, and C.J. Quin.
