Hayward Kenneth Schilling Sr., 74, was born on June 20, 1946, and passed away on Jan. 15, 2021.

Kenneth was a member of Isabel Baptist Church. He was born and raised in the Isabel community. He worked at Winn-Dixie for 47 years. Kenneth enjoyed attending church and hanging out with his family and friends. He enjoyed being busy outside on his tractor and lawn mower. He was always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. Kenneth was a great son, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend. He treated everyone as if they were family. He had a great sense of humor and loved joking around.

He is survived by his mother, Verda Mae Schilling; his daughter and son-in-law, Doniette and Steven Jenkins of the Isabel community; and his son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Julie Schilling of Winter Haven, Fla. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Coby Schilling and Emily Jenkins of the Isabel community, Connor, Keara, Jonas and Jana Schilling of Winter Haven; and one great grandson, Kennen Schilling of the Isabel community; as well as his brother and sister-in-law, Sammy and Barbara Schilling; his sister, Regina Seal of the Isabel community; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Sheridan Schilling; and his father, Hayward Carl Schilling.

Visitation was at Isabel Baptist Church on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., with funeral services starting at 11 a.m. with Rev. Michael Thomas officiating. Per his request, his body will be cremated.

Pallbearers were Coby Schilling, Connor Schilling, Jonas Schilling, Kevin Seal, Eric Seal, Kaleb Schilling. Honorary pallbearers were Kennen Schilling and Scott Schilling.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a fund that was very special to Kenneth, Isabel Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
