Betty Sue Huntington, born Aug. 13, 1946, passed away on a beautiful Dec. 23, 2020, in the care of Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa.

She is now preceded by parents, Harry Edward Huntington and Essie-Ethel Wilkerson; and brother, John Huntington.

She is also survived by grandchildren, April and Jessie Gaspard; children, Elisabeth and Donald Gaspard; as well as siblings, Mary Meyers, Anita Huntington, Loretta Touchet and Max Huntington.

Graveside Services will be held 2 p.m. at Cavalry Hill Cemetery in Cankton. May her life be celebrated, for her exuberant nature was outmatched only by her resilient faith and personality.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid” (John 14:27).
