On Nov. 27, 2020, Mr. Rawlin Robert Stewart passed away in Lake Charles at Saint Patrick’s Hospital. He was born and raised in Bogalusa, but a resident of Lake Charles.

He is survived by his wife, Belinda Diane Stewart; three children, Vicky (Melvin) Thibodeaux, Chasity Anderson and Wade Akins; nine grandchildren, Addison Thibodaux, Aiden Thibodaux, Ashton Thibodaux, Austin Anderson, Olivia Anderson, Lora Leigh McDill, Hannah McDill, Brennon Akins and Ty Akins; six sisters, Janice Bedwell, Sylvia Forbes, Rita (Buddy) Jenkins, Emelda (Michael) Hunt, Elaine (Rick) Burras and Marion (Dennis) Galloway; and two brothers, Howard (Linda) Stewart and Boady (Kelly) Stewart.

He was preceded in death by a spouse, Diane Barbari Stewart; his parents, Talmage and Estelle Stewart; and three brothers, David Lamar Stewart, Clarence Dewitt Stewart and Jeffery Scott Stewart.

There will be a graveside service on Monday, Nov. 30, at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Bro. Pete Underwood will be officiating the graveside service.
