Due to the forecast of hurricane-force winds and heavy rainfall, Washington Parish will open two shelters Monday evening at 6 p.m. Shelter locations are Bogalusa High School and Franklinton High School.

Please note that these are shelters of last resort and shelterees will have to follow the COVID-19 mask mandate. Those coming to the shelter should bring their own pillow, blanket, and necessities for an overnight stay.
