Eugene Irwin Sticker, a native and lifelong resident of Bogalusa, passed away at Our Lady of Angels Hospital on Tuesday morning, July 21, 2020, at the age of 64. He was born in Bogalusa on July 24, 1955.

He was a longtime and faithful member of New Life Pentecostal Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Sherry Sticker; his sons, Bradley (Jennifer) Sticker of Carriere, Miss., and Chadley (David Carter) Sticker of Broken Arrow, Okla.; his grandchildren, Andrew Sticker, Anna Sticker, Zander Sticker, Nora Sticker, Ricky Sticker, Wyatt Carter, Sara Ranatza, Laura McKeithen, Jana Blane, Matthew Blane, and Jaxon McKeithen; brother, Donald (Ruth) Sticker of Covington; sisters-in-law, Shirley (Wayne) Ard of Varnado, Peggy (Jerry) Wheat of Crossroads, Miss., and Tracy (Bill) Blane of Pine; and brother-in-law, Gary Freeman of Bogalusa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Irwin Sticker and Edna Blackwell, and a baby brother.

A graveside service celebrating his life was held Friday, July 24, at 10 a.m. at Wallace Cemetery in Bogalusa. The Rev. Wesley Quave officiated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory.
