Verna Haik, president of the Bogalusa Italian-American Club, told The Daily News that the St. Joseph’s Altar scheduled for Friday and Saturday has been cancelled, due to the COVID-19 situation.

Also, Barbara Ann Breland with the Washington Art Association said that the art show and sale planned for Sunday has been postponed until a later date — hopefully in May.
