Mrs. Kathleen Woodard Phelps was born on Sept. 5, 1937, and passed away, at the age of 82, on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020, at Resthaven Living Center in Bogalusa. Kathleen is survived by two daughters, Judy Phelps Thornton and her husband Roy, and Linda Phelps Sharpe and her husband Bob; and one son, Charles Phelps. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband, Edward James Phelps; and two sons, Kenneth Edward Phelps and James Wendell Phelps.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday, Jan. 30, at Bonnie Cemetery in Angie, at 11 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Charles Ray Creel.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brown McGehee Funeral Home of Bogalusa.
