Mr. George Randall “Randy” Traylor passed away on Jan. 3, 2020, at his home in Varnado, at the age of 55. He was born in Jackson, Miss., on Jan. 13, 1964.

Randy was the owner of Randy’s A/C for more than 20 years. He loved riding motorcycles and deeply enjoyed playing music.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kim Traylor of Varnado; his two sons, Randy George Traylor and Christopher Cole Traylor of Varnado; his daughter, Hannah Suzanne Traylor of Varnado; three grandchildren, Sebastion Lane Rogers, Jassper Baine Traylor and Asher Blayne Traylor; his brother, Charles Timothy Traylor of Kentwood; and his sisters, Martha Ann Miranda of Greenville, N.C., Sandra Denise Miranda of Florence, Miss., and Connie Faye Traylor of Bogalusa.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Pruitt Traylor; his mother, Bennie Vee Traylor; and brothers, Ricky Joe Traylor and David Nathaniel Traylor.

Services celebrating Randy’s life were held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Visitation began at 10 a.m. and continued until the funeral service began at 2 p.m. The Rev. Larry Mizell officiated. Interment followed at Pounds Cemetery.
