James Heary Moses Jr. was born on Jan. 2, 1957, to James H. Moses Sr. and Gloria Dean Richard in Bogalusa. James transitioned from his earthly home on Dec. 24, 2019.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m. at the Cook-Richmond Funeral Home in Bogalusa. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until the time of the service. The Rev. Laverne Cook will be officiating, and the Rev. James H. Moses will be the eulogist.
