Barry D. McClain Jr., a resident of Franklinton, was born March 9, 1987, and passed away on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Sharon McClain; sons, Amar’e James and Brice James McClain; daughters; Kyliee, Katya, Zoey, Maileah McClain; mother, Picola McClain, all of Franklinton; and his father, Barry McClain Sr. of Slidell.

He was preceded in death by his daughters, Picola and Brailynna McClain.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov. 22, from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Washington St. in Franklinton.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. at Sweet Home Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A., 2200 Greenlaw Ave. in Franklinton, with Elder Kevin Golden, host pastor, and the Rev. Jacob Tate Sr., eulogist. Interment will be at Sweet Home Church Cemetery.
