The second child born to the union of the late Noah and the late Rosa Lee Magee, Theda C. Magee Dawson was born May 19, 1929, in Franklinton. She passed away on Sept. 29, 2019.

Theda accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior at an early age.

After moving to Bogalusa, she was united in marriage to Louis C. Dawson Sr. and to that union were born three children, Janice, Louis Jr., and Debra.
