Ephraim ‘Bud’ Duncan

Ephraim “Bud” Duncan, a native of White Sands, Miss., and a longtime resident of Bogalusa, passed away Sunday afternoon at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton, at the age of 92. He was a World War II veteran, serving with the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his daughters, Diane Moran and Kaye Callender; and also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 44 years, Eula Duncan; daughter, Kathy Duncan; sons, Joey Duncan, Tony Duncan and Steve Moran; parents, Ephraim and Gertrude Duncan; and brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Thursday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Clay Norwood officiating. Interment will follow in Ponemah Cemetery.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from noon until service time at 2 p.m.
