Bridgette Amanda “Mandy” Penton, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019, at the age of 39.

She is survived by her children, Trent, Skylar, Lacie and Kate Penton; her parents, Steve Wayne Jarrell and Bobbie Nell Jarrell; and also survived by her siblings, Justin Crain (Shelia), Jacob Jarrell, Sandy Grosche (Kevin) and Brandy Hunt; and a host of nieces and nephews and also her faithful companion, Keri Mayfield.

She was a native and longtime resident of Bogalusa and was a member of Ben’s Ford Baptist Church.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend the funeral service on Monday, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m. at the Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home, located at 216 Alabama Ave. in Bogalusa. The visitation began at 10 a.m. and continued until service time. Interment followed in Ben’s Ford Cemetery.
