Today is an opportunity to help the YMCA and compete at the same time while having a good time, as the 15th annual YMCA Golf Classic takes place at the Bogalusa Country Club.

The tournament, which is Saturday, Aug. 24, is a two-person scramble that costs $100 per player, which includes cart, green fees, mulligans and lunch.

There will also be raffle tickets sold for prizes.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. with lunch at 11 a.m. and a noon tee time.

Carts are limited, so if you have a cart, you are asked to bring it.

Head on out, play some golf, help support the YMCA and have a great time doing so.
