On Saturday, the Franklinton library hosted its first story time of the “fall season.”

After reading some very fun (and a little scary) back to school stories, the children made their own apple crafts and were given some free books to take home with them.

This program was funded in part by both an International Paper grant and the Friends of the Washington Parish Library.

Also, Franklinton children’s associate Amy Hall wishes to welcome Paisley and Peyton Perez, both new patrons, to the library.
