Mrs. Vivian Johnson Dillon entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at the age of 81 in Franklinton. She was born March 29, 1938, in Franklinton.

She leaves to mourn: her husband, Bobby Dillon Sr.; eight children, Kathy (Danny) Allen, Aretha Gordon, Jackie (Victor) Davis, James (Lisa) Burton, Natoche Dillon, all of Rochester, N.Y., Teresa (John Magee) and Tatiana Dillon and Bobby Dillon III, both from Franklinton; one sister, Freddie Mae Williams; six brothers, Sylvester (Patricia), Vernell (Maxine), Silas Jr., Donald (Janis) Ray, and Roy (Vickie) Dale Johnson; 35 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Those who predeceased her were her parents, Silas and Hollis Johnson; her brother, Kenneth Wayne; and two sons, AlRay and Donald (Pee Wee) Dawson.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 6, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, located at 44030 Max Brumfield Road in Franklinton, and the funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. The Rev. Johnny Causey will be officiating.
