Stella Jane Miley passed away Sunday morning, April 28, 2019, at Camelot Community Care in Ponchatoula.

Stella is survived by three sons, James Ardis Miley of Provencal, John Kendall Miley of Robeline, and Mark Avery Miley of Hammond; one sister, Charlene Ricord of Bogalusa; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Cothern and Wilma Harrell Cothern; one son, Michael Allen Miley; two brothers, Reubin Sumrall and Luther Pasterio; and two sisters, Ella Mae Scott and Evelyn Corkern.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, May 1, at 2 p.m. at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, with Bro. Jimmy Byrd officiating. Visitation will start at 10 a.m. and continue until service time. Interment will immediately follow at Lon Miley Cemetery, located on Lon Miley Road in Bogalusa.
