Jackson State University, located in Jackson, Miss., celebrated its 141st graduation at the fall 2018 commencement ceremony on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, in the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center.
Germario White of Franklinton graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration.
Robert Earl Kelly, Class of 1977, was the guest speaker at the fall 2018 commencement exercise.
President Dr. William B. Bynum Jr. recognized students, stating, “You are the personification of what it means to be a JSU Tiger and your values, beliefs, and spirit only enhances our already rich legacy of 141 years.”
White was among more than 800 students to receive degrees.
