Elder Leon Dillon, Jr., 70, of Franklinton, La. died on Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, at St. Tammany Hospital in Covington, La.
Born Monday, May 3, 1948, in New Orleans, La. He was the son of the late Mr. Leon Dillon, Sr., and the late Mrs. Lilly Mandy Bickham Dillon.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, at Sweet Home Church of Christ (Holiness) USA, located at 2200 Greenlaw Avenue, Franklinton, La. 70438 with the Bishop Vernon E. Kennebrew rendering the eulogy. Interment will be in the Hayes Chapel UMC Cemetery in Franklinton, La.
A visitation was held on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, located at 714 2nd Street, Tylertown, Miss., 39667.
