Huey Franklin Reynolds passed away Thursday morning, Jan. 10, 2019, at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton, at the age of 85. He was an avid member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church and a veteran in the U.S. Air Force.

Huey is survived by his spouse, Genelle Owens Reynolds of Varnado; two daughters, Abigail Creel of Pine, and Karen Pounds and her husband Robert of Missouri; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Reynolds is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lydia Reynolds; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Saturday, Jan. 12, at 1 p.m., with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Officiating will be Elder Dewayne Ball. Interment will immediately follow at Rester Cemetery.
