Vickie Knight was born in Binghamton, N.Y., on Aug. 10, 1953. She passed away on Dec. 7, 2018, at the age of 65 at Slidell Memorial Hospital in Slidell.

Vickie was a nurse for most of her working life.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Knight; and her father, Joseph E. MacLeod.

Vickie is survived by three children, Marsha Thibodeaux (Paul) of Bogalusa, Robyn Knight of Robertsdale, Ala., and Jennifer Noah (Jason) of Angie; her grandchildren, Winter Thibodeaux, Steven Thibodeaux, Cole Thibodeaux, Abigail Noah, Jason Noah Jr., Lailee Noah, Lenny Thibodeaux; two brothers, Joseph MacLeod (Star) of New York, and Thomas MacLeod of New York; and two sisters, Terrie Chandler (Roy) of Petal, Miss., and Beth MacLeod of Pennsylvania.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, Dec. 15, beginning at 10 a.m., and will continue until service time of 2 p.m., with the Rev. Harold Gaddy officiating. Interment will follow at Rester Cemetery.
