Louis Breland passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at Resthaven Living Center in Bogalusa.

Louis is survived by his wife of many years, Frances Mae Breland of Bogalusa; one daughter, Diane Breland of Bogalusa; and one brother, Alton R. Breland and his wife Darleen, of Bogalusa.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Velma Breland; one brother, Elmo Breland; and one sister, Ida Lee Miley.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend services on Friday, Dec. 7, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home chapel. Visitation began at 11 a.m. until funeral services at 2 p.m., with the Rev. David Powe officiating. Interment immediately followed at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Bogalusa.
