All federal offices, including the U.S. Postal Service, will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 5, for an official day of mourning for past-president George H.W. Bush. Therefore, there will be no delivery of The Daily News to subscribers in the mail on Wednesday.

Single copies of the Wednesday edition will be delivered as normal to racks and stores. The Wednesday print edition of The Daily News will be delivered to subscribers in the mail on Thursday.
