Robert Wayne Varnado Jr. passed away on Nov. 26, 2018, at the age of 63. He was a Bogalusa native, born on Oct. 6, 1955.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Barbara A. Varnado of Bogalusa; his two sons, Reed (Katelin) Varnado of Gonzales, and Daniel Varnado of Bogalusa; and his granddaughter, Olivia Claire Varnado of Gonzales.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Wayne Varnado Sr.; and his sister, Dana Allen Varnado Dittmer.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa, from noon until 2 p.m. There will be a private graveside service at a later date.
