Katherine Elizabeth Bazor, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away on the Saturday morning of Oct. 20, 2018, at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, at the age of 60. She was born in Texas on Nov. 19, 1957.

She leaves behind four brothers, Lawrence Johnson of Rosenburg, Texas, Ben Bazor, Marvin Bazor, and Scott Bazor of Poplarville, Miss.; her sister, Bea Bazor of Roseville, Calif.; her uncle, Noval “Pops” Bazor of Bogalusa; and a special friend, Charles E. Young of Bogalusa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Archie Bazor; her mother, Wilma Webber; daughter, Francis Marshall; and her baby son.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be in the chapel at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa on Saturday, Oct. 27. Family will receive friends at noon and her service will begin at 1 p.m. The Rev. Dennis Allen will officiate.
