Mr. Percy Payne Jr. passed away at the age of 69 on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, in Franklinton.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, Oct. 22, at Magee’s Temple Church of God in Christ Franklinton, with Supt. Cecealine Tate, pastor, and the Rev. Willie Mingo, officiating.
