Kathy Lynn Baughman, 42, of Hillsboro, Texas, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, at the Homestead Nursing Home. She was born on July 16, 1976 in Bogalusa, to Robert Gerald and Judith Marie (Rester) Williams.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Donald Ray Baughman of Hillsboro; brother, Scott Williams; nephew, Scotty Williams; and niece Sydney Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Judy Williams; and grandmother, Bonnie May Rester.

A visitation for family and friends was scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 6, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel in Hillsboro.

The funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, at the Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Rester Cemetery in Bogalusa.
