Free child safety seat check in Covington

The Louisiana Child Passenger Safety Task Force is conducting a free child passenger safety seat check-up event on Saturday, August 4, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The event will take place in the Sam’s Club parking lot at the Pinnacle Exit, 69630 Sterling Blvd., in Covington. No appointment is necessary.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
