Houston Hilton Seal Jr., 72, passed away on July 10, 2018, at his residence in Varnado. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and member of First Pentecostal Church in Bogalusa.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Duncan Seal of Varnado; grandchildren, Cheyenne Seal, Malarie Jenkins and Coley Jenkins; daughter-in-law, Tonja Seal of Franklinton; and a sister-in-law, Deborah Potter (Robert) of Bogalusa.

He is preceded in death by a son, Kevin Seal; parents, Houston Hilton Seal Sr. and Elizabeth Seal; sisters, Shirley Seal Gipson and Eunice Seal; and a special niece, Jessica Potter.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Thursday, July 12, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 13, from 8 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Seal Cemetery at Varnado will military rites conducted by American Legion Post #24, of which he was a member. The Rev. Travis Houston will officiate.
