Robert Thomas Aucoin, 79, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at his residence in Bogalusa. He was born on Sept. 15, 1938.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Aucoin of Bogalusa; two daughters, Renee Aucoin Reynier of Ponchatoula, and Carolyn Aucoin Harris of Houma; a son, Anthony “Tony” (Peggy) Aucoin of Houma; a brother, Donald David (Sheila) Aucoin of Bourg; a sister-in-law, Mary Alice Grimmett Aucoin; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving Aucoin and Phillis Rogers Aucoin; and two brothers, Richard Aucoin and Rudy Aucoin.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Thursday, June 28, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Morelock officiating. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
