Marie Duncan went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 11, 2018, at the age of 84. She was a longtime member of Terrace Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a longtime resident of Bogalusa.

She is survived by her son, Jerry W. Duncan Sr. of Zachary; her daughter, Linda McNabb of Bogalusa; three grandchildren, Kandi (Brad) Jones of Thomas, Larry McNabb Jr. of Angie, and Jay McNabb of Angie; her nephew, Ricky L. Inabnitt of Franklinton; seven great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded by her loving husband of 34 years, Jerry P. Duncan; her parents, Andy and Verlie Neilson; one son-in-law, Larry McNabb Sr.; and two grandchildren, Becky McNabb and Wayne Duncan Jr.

Her services will be held in the chapel at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa on Friday, June 15. The visitation will begin at 1 p.m. and continue until the time of the funeral service at 4 p.m. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa.
