Kenneth R. (Norton) McGriggs Sr., 69, died May 11, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sr. and Carrie McGriggs; and brothers, Rodney, Steve and Johnny McGriggs.

He is survived by his children, Kenneth (Darrel) McGriggs Jr., Kendall McGriggs, Pastor Keith Sanders, and daughter, Helen Washington; brothers, Raymond McGriggs, Micheal W. McGriggs, Joseph B. McGriggs and Frank McGriggs Jr.; sisters, Willough McGriggs, Lynda, White and Virginia Nicholas, Kara A. Hayes and Jacqueline Miller.

The funeral will be held Friday, May 18, at 11 a.m. at the Second Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Darrel Self will deliver the eulogy. Visitation was held Thursday, May 17, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.
