Dracus “Dstar” Sartin and Tobias Roberts will co-produce the Southside Holiday Block Party on Saturday, April 7, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event will feature live performances of rhythm and blues, hip-hop, and different genres of music. Admission is free, and Hot Bias-Bar-B-Que will provide free food for the community.

“We want to bring the past and the present together for a brighter future,” Roberts said. “The special guest will be rapper and entertainer, Bogalusa’s own E.S.G.”

Sartin added that there will be “jumping Jupiters” for the kids.

A comedy show and after-party will take place at the Red Zone, starting at 8 p.m.
