Janice Fields

Janice Marie Fields was born in Bogalusa on Sept. 17, 1958. She is the daughter of Mrs. Helen M. Williams of Bogalusa and the late Charles “B.C.” Fields. Janice transitioned from her temporary life on March 27, 2018.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 7, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, with the Rev. Lee Williams officiating.

Interment will be in the Thompson Cemetery in Angie.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her loving mother, Mrs. Helen Marie Williams; her four children, Broderick (Lakieta Roberts) Fields Sr., Robert Leon Fields, April Lynette Fields and Jonathan (Lakenca Burnett) Bickham; three brothers, Darryl (Demetria) Fields, Reginald Delos Fields and Robert (Neisha) Williams Jr.; five sisters, Pamela Jones, Thelma Jean Fields, Charlene (Kelvin) Foster, Patrina Williams and Darshia (Brian) Travis; grandchildren, Tyron Williams, Tyra, Taylor, Te’Anie, Broderick Jr., Bryson Fields, Taysean Henry, Javien Johnson, Jada Williams, Brooklyn Fields, Alexis Turner, Anthony Turner Jr., Jamarius James and Jh’Nashia Bickham; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “B.C.” Fields; her grandparents, Mr. Delos “Blue Boy” and Janie Marie Thompson; Mr. Matthew and Thelma Fields; and her second dad, Mr. Robert Williams Sr.
