Bogalusa Police Department announces promotions

Chief Kendall Bullen and the Bogalusa Police Department are proud to announce the promotions of Capt. Charles Helton to the rank of major, and Sgt. Janice Johnson to the rank of lieutenant. Helton has been with BPD for 27 years, and Johnson has been with the department for 10 years.
