Crystal Gayle Thomas, born April 23, 1990, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, at Lakeview Regional Hospital in Covington, at the age of 27. Crystal was a resident of Bogalusa.

She is survived by her son, Trystan Lee Carroll of Bogalusa; three brothers, John Wayne Thomas, Major Lee (Chenether) Thomas, and Terry Lloyd (Sarah) Thomas; her uncle, Charles Essie Thomas; and five aunts, Josie Conerly, Louise Smith, Vivian Beaudoin, Paulette Marie Thomas and Roseanna Lois Thomas.

Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home is in charge of her arrangements. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
