Dana Enman

Dana Lester Enman, born Feb. 24, 1927, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 10, 2018, at the age of 90.

He lived in the Isabel community for over 50 years and had many friends. Dana was a member of Ben’s Ford Missionary Baptist Church and served in the armed forces with honors. He also worked at WCI, then at the Covington Walmart. Walmart sent Dana to Washington, D.C., to honor his service to his country.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah Sharp Enman of Isabel; sons, Dana Enman and his wife Debbie of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jeffery Nathan Enman of Isabel, and Josh Enman of Slidell; a step-son, Roger Dutruch and his wife Doris of Enon; daughters, Cacha Frangos of Corpus Christi, Marilyn Enman and her husband Mike of Paradis; and step-daughter Pam Lambert and her husband Lionel of Isabel; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and one step-great-great-grandson; numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Lester R. Enman; his mother, Marion Enman; two sisters, Avis Beardsley and Norma Collingwood; and also three grandchildren, Brad Nathan Dutruch, Amanda Marie Dutruch and Thomas Frangos.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 27, at 1 p.m., at the Isabel Baptist Church.
