The ice and snow will become a distant memory this weekend, as temperatures are expected to climb back into the 70s by Sunday.
According to the National Weather Service, the forecast for Saturday is mostly cloudy with a high of 66 and a low of 54. There is a 20 percent chance of rain.
It is projected to get even warmer the following day, with a high of 70 degrees and a low of 59 degrees for Sunday.
As of Friday afternoon, the forecast was for Monday to have occasional thunderstorms, with a high of 68 and a low of 39. The chance of rain was forecast at 80 percent.
