Sonia Gayle Blackwell age 46 passed away of Jan. 8, 2018 at her residence in Angie, La. She is survived by her fiancé Thomas “Bozo” Myers of Angie La.; one son, Buster Benefield of New Augusta Miss.,; three daughters: Ashley Monica Bordelon of Angie La., Cassie Benefield of Cabat Ark. and Mary Elizabeth Blackwell of Metairie La.; two brothers: Gary Forbes of Bogalusa, La. and Carley Provost II of Bogalusa La.; her father: Carley Provost of Bogalusa La., and 14 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Wilda Jarrell, sisters Carla Provost and Christy Provost and a nephew Corey Provost.
Visitation will be in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Saturday Jan. 13, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Muster Ground Cemetery. Dr. Michelle Thomas will officiate.
