Before the staff of Bogalusa High School left for the holiday break, they loaded a school bus and traveled throughout the city, bringing Christmas cheer to all.

The carolers began their journey at Walmart, where they surprised holiday shoppers with traditional Christmas songs such as, “Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer,” “Silent Night,” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” The next stop was at YoYo’s Mexican Restaurant where they entertained Superintendent Lisa Tanner and the Bogalusa City Schools staff.

Then, they rode through Sunset Acres, River Terrace and other areas where their students reside, throwing out candy canes and well wishes. The final stop on their caroling tour was the Quick Stop on Columbia Street, where vehicles and passengers were delighted to see the smiling faces of the Bogalusa High School faculty and staff.

The administration, faculty and staff of Bogalusa High School as well as the Bogalusa City School System wish each and every one a very merry Christmas and the happiest of happy new years.
