New baby giraffe born at GWC in Folsom

- The new baby giraffe receives a lick from his mother, Kamira, at the Global Wildlife Center in Folsom.
The Global Wildlife Center in Folsom is excited to announce the birth of a new male reticulated giraffe at the Global Wildlife Center.
The new precious calf was born on Thursday, Dec. 14, and first time mother, Kamira, is doing a wonderful job nursing and taking care of her new baby.
