Captain Don Spiers has announced that the Krewe of MCCA will begin its 38th anniversary season with the unveiling of its King and Queen XXVIII and the presentation of their royal court. The annual event will be Saturday evening, Dec. 9, at the American Legion home.

2017 King Chris Penton and Queen Suzi Bourne will retire as MCCA monarchs, and the captain will then reveal the 2018 king and queen and the royal court. The MCCA theme will also be announced.
