Walter Lee Magee, born Aug. 12, 1944, departed this life Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at the age of 73 at Oschner Hospital.

Mr. Magee is survived by two brothers, Murdock (Jeanette) Magee of Franklinton, and Johnny Magee of Warnerton. He had one sister, Laura Lee of Franklinton, and a very special friend, Helen Brown of Franklinton.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Walter Magee and mother, Gertrude Magee; and his sister, Christine Martin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home, located at 2000 Washington St. in Franklinton. The service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. There will not be an internment.
