Eda Glaze

Eda Glaze, 40, passed away at her home in Saint Amant on Tuesday, Oct. 17. She was born July 24, 1977, in Flagstaff, Ariz., to Phyllis Supplee and John Albert Simmons.
Eda was talented in many ways with arts and crafts. She enjoyed gifting her friends and family with her handmade items. She loved animals and her many cats both domestic and feral will sorely miss her. She made a beautiful home and was an accomplished cook.
She is survived by her soulmate, Jeremy Glaze, along with his father Steven “Zane” and wife Cynthia, his mother Regina Lanoux; her grandmothers, Margaret Romano Simmons and Eunice S. Raines; her uncles, David Simmons, Anthony Romano and George “Mickey” Romano; and her aunt, Beth Simmons Smith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis and John Simmons; and a younger sister, Sara Simmons Langlois; her grandfather, Albert Simmons Jr.; three aunts and three Uncles.
Visitation will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church in Bogalusa on Tuesday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with service immediately following. Interment will be at Ponemah Cemetery.
