Pamela Jean Martin was called home at the age of 59 on Sept. 15, 2017, at her residence.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories: three children — son, Marrio (Angela M. Oneal) Cox of Biloxi, Miss., daughter, Maria Cox of Conyers, Ga., and son, Maurice Martin of Conyers; seven brothers, Amos C. Brown, Larry Brown, Ronald Cox, Donald Cox, Jerome Cox, Lawrence Brown and Danny Ray Brown; seven sisters, Ruth Thelma Burrell, Glendia Nell Brown, Sarah Elaine Roberts, Holly Cox, Regina Michelle Richard, Belinda Rena Brown and Cindy Baptiste; six grandchildren, Marcus Cox, Markel Cox, Marrio Cox, Harold Scott, Tatyanna O’Neal and Elijah O’Neal; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sarah Williams; mother, Ruth C. Brown; sister, Belvalina Brown; and two brothers, Jelther T. Cox and Robert “Bobby” Brown.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 3 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa.
