Warren Lee Bridges was born on Nov. 28, 1955, to the late Champion Bridges and Willie Mae Bridges in Bogalusa. Warren passed away on Aug. 25, 2017.

Warren leaves to cherish his memories: two sisters, Hattie (Johnny) Dillon and Vanessa Bridges both of Bogalusa; one brother, Paul Gholar; stepsister, April Johnson; nephews, Roynes, Dural, Raynis Bridges and Andrelique Dural; two nieces, Marion Cotton and Rhonda St. Amant; special friends, Betty Johnson, Jenet Jackson, Beverly Cotton, Joe Gammage, Terry Richards, Charles Lee and Ned Brown Jr.; and a host of relatives and friends.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Champion and Willie Mae Bridges; two aunts, Arletha Smith and Jessie Lee Bridges; and one niece, Shondrika Dyson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, Aug. 31, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., with a family hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, Sept. 1, at Bethlehem Baptist Church beginning at noon, with the Rev. Christopher Matthews, eulogist.
